My name is Guiomar Julião Sugden and I love to motivate people to have a healthy active lifestyle, because I know that it changes who you are into someone even better!

Everyone needs to change their bad habits that the end result is being overweight, not having energy, and developing medical problems. I want to help you do this!

​ABOUT ME

I  love feeling good. Everywhere I lived in the world,I made a point of walking everywhere I could. I ate helty with the occasional splurge on junk food, but ver being careful with my lifestyle.

​

I was lucky I never had a weight problem ( I never sat still as a kid), until one year in which I had two wedding to go to as the made of honour that I actually put on weight. The wedding pictures can testify to my chubby face and wideing tummy and butt.

​

I was horrified! I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. I went straight to the Library (no internet back then!) nd researched on how to get healthy.

 

I never believed in diets. I had friends tht constantly fought  with their weight and they tried diets, but didn't change their bad habits and lifestyle choices. It was a rollercoaster ride for their bodies and they always went back to an unhealthy life.

I knew I had t o learn what I was doing wrong that had made me gain weight. I learned what fruit and vegetable were good and what their effects where on my body.

I changed my eating habits by eating  healthy balanced meal and keeping nutricious snacks around for the munchies.

Making the right choices that will derectly affect your body is easy.

You just have to want to make the change!

I also started to get active. I started exercising, nd got so addicted I rarely took a day off. I found it gave me so much energy.

I would start the day with Cher Video (VHS then, but I have the DVD now), it is great esoecially if your not into arobics and jumping up and down trying to be coordinated.

Then I would go to the building gym nd ride the exercise bike.  After I would enjoy a quick shower, put my bathing suit on nd enjoy the hot tub, anf then the sauna after and bck in teh shower.

was lucky I hd these facilities in my building t the time. However, they re not necessary. You can go for a bike ride outside, and then home into a hot bath fragranced with scented bath salts, a candle and incence...

I would  quite often spend the afternoons going for walks exploring the city, gardens, and neighbourhoods or take a bike ride.

Like I said I had lots of energy nd that is why exercising is great it gives off endorphins.

I have kept these good habits throughout my life and have been able to keep the fat off and be a comfortable weight.

The only timed I gained weight was when I was pregnant (at 45) which I was very happy to do!

I have been able to get almost back to my norml weight. I am in need of getting back into a active routine.

I strted this blog to get motivated nd start my Cher Exercise DVD and put my abs back into place.

I know that people who struggle with their weight re bigger than I ever was. These people fight against the changes to their body.

It will not be easy to get healthy, but it can be done!

​

I know a young boy aaged 10 who couldn't walk to school. He was in constant pain. His leggs rubbed against eachother causing raweness and sores. His breathing was difficult. He was embarrased and didn't like himself.

Then one day he just sat down on teh side of the road and started to cry.

He went home, and decided he didn't want to be obese anymore.

He trew out ll the junk food in the house, nd told his mother he wnted healthy  food.

He started to walk to school even though it was painful. Going slowly at first, and taking his time. eventually he was able to go faster, and his breathing improved. Then the bike riding began, and soon after we was joing sport activities at school.

That obese boy lost all his excess weight without a diet or nutritionist. He changed his life creating a healthy lifestyle.

This young boy made  concious decision to get healthy, and he did it with drive, determintion and perserverance.

This boy is an adult of twenty, and never had a weight problem again!

If  young boy can do it by himself, I know anyone can do it as long as they wnt to become  healthy person!

A  healthy lifestyle starts with good nutrition and adding activity into your life.

Good nutrition tastes good, and benefits our digestive system, metabolism, and adds vitality.

Yes, it is true! It’s as easy as adding variety, spices, and mental positivism.

Make the right choices when grocery shopping and at restaurants.

I will help you do this and soon it will become second nature.

The motivation is on how you will look and feel.
