I am strong believer that you need to pamper yourself. take time out everyday to do something you love to do that will make you feel good about yourself. It my be something small and homemade or can be something extravagant. The point is that if you feel great than the end result is you feel good about everything around you. You are more likely to enjoy the small special things, like smelling a flower or treat a friend to a drink. Respect and love yourself and you will treat other around the same.
PAMPER YOURSELF

Playing or Listening to Music is a great pastime. Upbeat music is recommended if you are feeling melancholy and want to get happy and energetic.

A professional massage or done by a friend or loved one makes you feel special and helps relax and forget about the little things.

A walk in the park or in the forest. Taking off your shoes and feeling nature with your feet is lovely.

A love steam rooms. Eucalyptus scent refreshes and energizes me. Different scents for different reactions.

Surfing or any water activity is great. Swimming, canoeing, parasailing, and any water sports can invigorate you and is great for your health!

Jogging, walking, speed walking, ll these are great to get your heartbeat going, and increase you metabolism, help you digestion and many other health improvements.

Time goes fast and you realize how little time you spent with the person or people you love!

Any type of dancing is great for you and is fun to do no matter what your age!

I love to work out in the morning when I get up. I use a video and I feel energized after!

Having someone else take care of your feet and hands and put on your favorite nailpolish also make some people feel good!

Reading a book or writing is very therapeutic for some. It's my favorite!

A simple soak in a hot bath with Bath Salts and scented bubbles can start or end your day in bliss.
