Being bored leads to overeating...
Believe me when I say that boredom can make you gain weight. When I am bored, I always feel like eating. I may not be hungry, but I want something to keep my mind and body occupied. Result of boredom is unwanted weight gain.
To fix this we need to keep occupied. This is why activity is so important. It can be any activity, but it should be physical. This is when hobbies can come in handy. Knitting, making clothing, making arts & crafts, building or refurbishing furniture. There are so many activities that can keep our minds and bodies occupied. Find the right one for you. It can be a simple walk, a tennis match with a friend, a volleyball game on the beach, a bike ride by the lake. and so much more. There are plenty of fun things that you can do alone or with friends, Just get on with it!
Stop the boredom, do something with your precious time. Yes, time is precious because it goes by so quickly. So, next time you are bored find a hobby or activity that will keep you busy and away from overeating! I will do the same!
