Our Skin
Our skin is so important, yet most people do not give it a second thought. To have young skin, soft, dehydrated, firm is simple.
Moisturize your skin (everywhere!) after your shower, or bath. It should be a good cream with vitamin E preferable. You can also use a few times a week a body scrub (they are hard to find in Portugal, but I do sell them at Dazzle Shop) and Bath Salts. Or you can make your own DIY products.
Body scrubs and bath salts help your blood circulation, improves aged of the skin, removes dead skin, it moisturizes, helps smooth cellulite, and feels refreshing. Use the bath salts liberally in the hot water, and soak in the tub for as long as you can. Body scrubs are used after you have washed. Stand in the shower or tub and gently rub in circular motions the body scrub everywhere. Then simply rinse with water and towel dry gently. You don’t have to moisturise after a body scrub if you don’t want to.
You’ll notice the improvement in the softness and elasticity of your skin. You’ll wonder why you never moisturized before, or had a salt bath or used body scrub before???
