EAT THE RIGHT FOODS FOR YOUR NEEDS.

This is so TRUE!

What you consume will affect your body.

The Chinese thousands of years realized that certain foods, herbs, and combinations have an effect on our body.

There is a smart method to choosing what to eat. There are over 50 foods that are good for you. Then you can research which ones are beneficial for specif ailments.

A Food & Herb Dictionary (or research online) defines the each food we eat and defines the nutritional and metabolic factors. This is where you can learn what food to eat for health, weight, metabolism issues and much more.

I have difficulty with my metabolism and digestive system. I need to eat a good amount of fiber. This can be found in a good variety of foods such as cereals, pasta, rice, breads, certain fruits, nuts and vegetables.

Also a great way to help my metabolism is being active. Whenever I am too sedate, my digestion and metabolism slow down. A little active 30 minute walk helps. Of course the more you do some activity the better for your body to function properly. Do not exaggerate n the activity you choose. Excess can cause other physical problems, like joint aches, heart and other issues. Keep well hydrated with plenty of water, and eat the best foods for your health. Everyone is different.
